Lexus Red Parking
The entrance to Lexus Red Parking is located on the north end of Jack Evans Street, below the Winspear Opera House.
Prices: Parking in Lexus Red may be purchased in advance, up to two hours before curtain, at a discounted rate.
Parking may also be available at the gate starting two hours before an event and can be purchased with cash or credit card.

Lexus Silver Parking
The Lexus Silver Parking is located below Moody Performance Hall. Its entrance is directly across (east) Jack Evans Street from the Wyly Theatre.
Two stairwells and an elevator provide access to the surface. There is also a secure underground tunnel that provides direct access to the Wyly Theatre from Lexus Silver.
Prices: Self-Parking in Lexus Silver may be purchased in advance, up to two hours before curtain, at a discounted rate.

Metered parking is available on the downtown streets nearby, and commercial lots and garages also are nearby, at the corner of Elm and Harwood streets. (Plan ahead; some lots and garages accept cash only.)

Parking at the Texas Theatre
Free parking is available at the Texas Theatre lot, adjacent to the Bank of Texas at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Centre Street, as well as along Jefferson Boulevard after 4 p.m. (Parking is metered along Jefferson before 4 p.m. and costs 25 cents per hour.)

Parking at Kalita Humphreys Theater
Free parking is available in William B. Dean Park, located off Blackburn Street near the intersection with Turtle Creek Boulevard. Space is limited and open to the public; it’s advisable to arrive early for your performance.

Daily Parking
Parking is open in Lexus Red during non-event times. The facility is fully automated, and payments can be made as you leave or at either of the pay stations located on P1 or P2 levels. The pay stations accept cash or credit cards. For those who wish to pay within the exit lane, our exit stations only accept credit cards. You must have your ticket with you at the time of exit to process payment.

Early Bird Parking costs $10 Monday through Friday only; drivers must arrive before 9 a.m. and leave before 6 p.m. Hourly rates are as follows:
- Up to 30 minutes: Free
- 30 minutes to 3 hours: $10
- 3 to 5 hours: $14
- Over 5 hours: $17
