Strange Girl | “Green 4 U”

Strange Girl, a.k.a. Devin Berg, is an award-winning DFW theatre artist known for playing murderous villains (see Ghost Quartet and LIZZIE: the Lizzie Borden Rock Musical at Imprint Theatreworks in 2019) turned alt-pop musician. She made the triumphant return to songwriting and producing during the pandemic as a way to deal with heartbreak, now her sound has evolved into a homemade fairy world: ethereal, grating, and honest.

She takes inspiration from artists like St. Vincent, Dijon Duenas, and Ethel Cain as well as the retrofuturism and surrealist automatism. A Dallas native and TCU grad, she is ready to share her sound with her hometown.
